I NEED LIFT was created 6 years ago, and we have continued to foster a clientele that is eager for our great products and service. Our business is located on the beautiful island of Oahu, and we can ship to neighbor islands through Young Brothers to accommodate customer requests.
We now offer manufacturer direct mainland shipping to all 48 states!
I NEED LIFT also often cooperates with local STEREO, TIRE, OFFROAD and PARTS stores to offer customers great combination deals. This can save you even more money so you can afford some extras! ALL THINGS I NEED LIFT RELATED REQUIRE AN ALIGNMENT.
Every vehicle, every time, in every circumstance requires a professional all wheel alignment immediately after parts are installed on a vehicle. I NEED LIFT does not do wheel alignments.
STATE OF HAWAII SAFETY INSPECTION AND RECON INSPECTION.
I NEED LIFT in not affiliated with nor has any connection in any way with the State of Hawaii Safety Inspection and/or Recon Inspection. I NEED LIFT does not know what will or will not pass State of Hawaii Safety Inspection and/or Recon Inspection. Any such questions should be directed toward the State of Hawaii Safety Inspection Office and/or Recon Inspection Office. I NEED LIFT does not have those telephone numbers.
PARTS AVAILABILITY
Many of the parts found within our website and product offering are manufactured in specialized shops. A few of the parts are made in small quantities per placed orders due to limited sales of specialized high performance parts. Sometimes we miss our projected forecast on a newly released part or run out of a certain part. Other parts that we distribute are manufactured in large factories. These larger manufacturers are also subject to manufacturing delays. Supplying a large range of specialized parts such as ours is not an easy task. If parts were readily available, you could pick them up at your local auto parts store. They aren't and you can'!
Please bear with us as we work to keep our parts in stock and continue to push the envelope of off-road performance parts for the specialized product line.
RETURNS POLICY
We cannot and will not accept any returned goods without prior approval and a returned good authorization number (RGA). There is a 20% restocking fee charged on any returned items that are not defective or shipped in error. We are not in the parts rental business. If you are dissatisfied with ANY product your receive please call Hi Fi directly at 808-295-0770 and we will work will you to right the situation. All returns are sent freight pre-paid, we are not responsible for freight on returned items. All sales are non-refundable after 30 days.
BACKORDER POLICY
All backorders are held until products comes into stock or the order is canceled by the original order placer. We will not cancel any backorder for any reason. If you do not wish to keep an open backorder, please notify the salesperson at the time of ordering. Canceled backorders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PAYMENTS and SHIPPING INFORMATION
All payments are done thru PayPal.com. After you place your order, you will be emailed a Paypal Invoice, once paid, parts will be shipped. Hawaii residents are required to add 4.25% sales tax to all orders.
Oahu: Personal delivery by one of our staff is normally the quickest and cheapest method of shipment for our parts (it is absolutely FREE). To ensure you receive your parts as quickly as possible, include your correct phone number, street and address number, apartment, trailer, building, or space number as required, city, state and zip code. Hi Fi does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Outer Islands: Generally, we ship to oahu via palletized freight, then outher island via Young Brothers. You will be required to pick up deliveries from the Young Brothers Recieving area on your island. If you fail to pick up your merchandise and it is returned to us all shipping costs and a 50% restocking fee will be incurred.
MAINLAND & FOREIGN ORDERS
I need lift ships factory direct to all 50 states. We do not ship outside US.
CLAIMS POLICY
Warranty is per the manufacturer of your goods. We will always do our best to help you with the process. Inspected all of your goods at the time of delivery to ensure every parts is there and in good working order. We do not box or ship from our location so we are not personally responsible for missing parts or damage.

Although every effort has been made to proof-read all copy prior to printing or website release, we do not accept any responsibility for any typographical errors whether in pricing or content.
